HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days; this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 30-60 business days for delivery.
(Shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic)
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at sarahannestore@gmail.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at SarahAnneStore@gmail.com.
We do not issue refunds if your package is lost in the mail due to customer's error, i.e. wrong address given. Also, if tracking information states package was delivered to the residence given when order was placed, we will not issue a refund or send a replacement product. We strongly recommend customers purchase the package protection offered herein.
We do not issue refunds or product replacement on any products with customization.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
SarahAnne Store has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
